What You Might Want to Know
Here are answers to common questions that you might have.
Yes. We start wherever you are. Therapy is designed to be gradual and safe — whether your last flight was 5 years ago or 20.
No, not necessarily. Therapy moves at your own pace. We begin with conversations, visualization exercises, and gradual exposure steps such as visiting an airport.
Actually flying is never required or forced.
Most clients begin with weekly sessions of 50–60 minutes. As confidence grows, sessions can be spaced to every two weeks. The overall duration depends on your individual needs.
If desired, therapeutic travel support — including accompaniment to your destination — can be arranged. Follow-up sessions may also take place on-site to reinforce progress.
You can choose between sessions in my therapy practice in Knetzgau or, depending on your situation, at agreed-upon locations when necessary.
In general, this is a self-pay service. In some cases, private health insurance providers may reimburse part of the costs, but this must be reviewed individually.
